I am a meat eater with a particular fondness for everything pig. Some of the restaurants that I’ve particularly enjoyed include the Black Hoof, Lee Lounge, Jacob’s and Co, Enoteca Sociale, Splendido, Campagnolo, and Grace.
During hot summer days, or for a morning indulgence, I find nothing more enjoyable and refreshing than a chilled glass of Prosecco. I also enjoy a crispy, dry Riesling.
For an evening shared in good company, my preference is usually for a complex and rich red wine such as an Amarone, or for a seductive and voluptuous Pinot Noir. A Barolo or Côtes du Rhône are also favorite.
